Fair usage

One account policy

No automated bots, bulk registrations, or unauthorized integrations without documented consent.

Enforcement ready

We investigate fraud, suspend bad actors, and may escalate severe cases to law enforcement.

Using Zippy Tech Hub responsibly

All users agree to comply with federal and regional laws, respect other members, and follow the acceptable use policies outlined below.

Eligibility & access

  • You must be at least 18 or have parental consent to use Zippy Tech Hub services.
  • Accurate profile, payment, and KYC information is required to maintain an account.
  • We may revoke access if we detect policy violations, fraudulent activity, or regulatory conflicts.

Payments & transactions

  • All purchases are final once confirmed in-app; receipts are sent instantly to your registered email.
  • Chargebacks triggered by unauthorized activity must be reported to support within 24 hours.
  • Taxes, telecom fees, and FX adjustments are displayed before you approve a transaction.

Service continuity

  • Scheduled maintenance windows are announced ahead of time through the status page.
  • Rare outages or delays may occur due to upstream telecom or utility providers.
  • We are not liable for losses resulting from third-party downtime, but we advocate on your behalf.

Security-first infrastructure

End-to-end encryption, multi-factor authentication, and device heuristics protect your sessions.

Responsible innovation

New features are reviewed for compliance, accessibility, and data minimization before launch.

Layered compliance

We align with NCC, CBN, and global privacy laws to keep your account legitimate everywhere you go.

Account termination & suspension

We reserve the right to restrict access whenever the integrity of the platform is at risk.

  • Repeated policy violations or fraudulent behavior can lead to immediate account termination.
  • We reserve the right to decline service in regions where we cannot meet regulatory requirements.
  • You may delete your account at any time; residual records stay in backups for legal obligations only.

Dispute resolution

We prioritize collaborative resolutions before any legal escalation.
